Villa Manu is spacious enough and designed thoughtfully, bearing in mind that it can accommodate larger groups without compromising privacy and seclusion when needed. The modern, Scandinavian minimalist style prevails, with the use earthy colors. Its sole purpose is to soothe the eye and clear the mind from unnecessary ‘noise’.

On the ground floor, you will find a large and inviting living room with a 55” smart T.V., a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils, as well as two bedrooms (double + twin) with two en-suite bathrooms. On the first there are three extra bedrooms (2 double + twin) each with each own bathroom and a large furnished terrace overlooking the endless blue sea. The two double bedrooms on the first floor own a private, furnished balcony. All the bedrooms have a 42” smart T.V.s and open-plan closets, while the bathrooms are stylishly designed with marble-like tiles, own a shower cabin with hydro-massage and custom made wooden furniture. The entire villa is air-conditioned with split units, favoring autonomy.

The exterior is equally inviting and enticing, by keeping the same level of understated luxury and comfort. The garden occupies 254sqm, where one can enjoy a true al fresco living. Villa Manu is one of the very few private villas to own a junior pool and that is because we prioritize safety and mind-ease. The pool measures 26sqm with a depth of 1.4m and the junior has a depth of 0.40m , measuring 5sqm. Around the pool of course you will find sun loungers, an exterior living area with furniture of premium quality and a BBQ at your disposal so you can grill fresh fish and delicious local meat.
